The Philips HS1 AED Infant/Child SMART Pads (M5072A) are replacement electrode pads designed exclusively for use with the Philips HeartStart HS1 AED. Suitable for patients that are infants and children up to 8 years of age or under 25 kg, these pre-connected SMART Pads automatically reduce the energy delivered by the defibrillator for safe paediatric treatment. The convenient cartridge design allows for quick installation and rapid deployment during an emergency.

Expiration:
Electrode pads for the Philips HS1 AED units must be replaced after use or by the indicated expiration date.
Expiry date can be found printed on the white box beneath the diagram that shows where to place the electrode pads during use. Only open pads in an emergency; once pads are opened, they will need to be replaced.
